1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using the AlosTours platform, website, and mobile services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access our services.
2. Booking & Payments
When you book a tour with AlosTours, you guarantee that you possess the legal authority to enter into an agreement and to use our payment methods. All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation by our local expert partners. Prices are quoted in Indian Rupees (₹) and include applicable taxes unless specified otherwise.
3. Cancellations & Refunds
Cancellations initiated by travelers more than 30 days prior to departure are eligible for a 90% refund. Cancellations made between 15 and 30 days receive a 50% refund. Cancellations within 14 days of departure are non-refundable due to pre-booked mountain permits, hotels, and jeeps.
4. Limitation of Liability
AlosTours curates exceptional expedition experiences across remote North-East India terrains. While we partner exclusively with verified hotels, expert guides, and transport providers, adventure travel in high-altitude mountain regions entails inherent risks. AlosTours shall not be held liable for unforeseen weather disruptions, road landslides, or political unrest beyond reasonable control.
5. Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
