1. Contract Formation
A binding contract between you (the traveler) and AlosTours comes into existence when we issue written booking confirmation and receipt of your deposit or full payment.
2. Traveler Responsibilities & Fitness
Many of our expeditions traverse high-altitude terrains (e.g., Sela Pass at 13,700 ft, Gurudongmar Lake at 17,800 ft). Travelers are responsible for assessing their physical fitness and consulting a physician prior to booking. You must comply with local laws, environmental regulations, and instructions given by expedition leaders.
3. Permits & Documentation
For restricted areas in Arunachal Pradesh, Nagaland, and Sikkim, government Inner Line Permits (ILP) or Protected Area Permits (PAP) are mandatory. Travelers must submit valid government-issued photo ID and passport-size photographs within the requested timeframe prior to tour departure.
4. Insurance
AlosTours strongly recommends that all travelers purchase comprehensive travel insurance covering medical emergency evacuation, trip cancellation, luggage loss, and high-altitude mountain trekking activities.
